How will I weather what someone has done for me who has contributed so much to my life... shelley has often told me what I didn't want to hear but needed to hear. through my guidance from shelley, i learned to make choices based on self-love and giving myself what i needed, which was totally new to me. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly supportive in helping me create a healthy lifestyle, self-care and self-love. In the 1-on-1 sessions, I benefited a lot from her counselling on my self-loathing and the piece of trauma I had with my role as a mother. I learnt how to deal with my substance and love addictions. Her own experiences and knowledge made me feel genuinely understood, seen and heard by Shelley.<br \/>\nShe is also very knowledgeable about the 12 steps, and in the group sessions she facilitated, the steps were explored in depth, something I learnt a lot from.<br \/>\nDear Shelley, I am incredibly grateful for your keen eye, and thorough approach.
